Excellent communication , very informative and some great stretches tailored to meet my needs . Slept that well that evening and felt a lot more flexible and relaxed the following day

Felt I really benefitted from the session. Rebecca ensured I felt safe and relaxed and talked me through all the stretches explaining how and why. Very thorough . Will definitely book a course of follow-up sessions.
