Absolutely incredible experience with Heidi. I came in with severe tension in my neck, shoulders and lower back, and she knew exactly how to target the problem areas. The pressure was perfect—firm enough to get the deep knots out but still entirely manageable. I walked out feeling lighter, completely relaxed, and with a much better range of motion.
