Carley took time to talk with me first to really understand where and why my discomfort and pain was coming from, how long, had other things affected it and not only gave me good trigger pointing massage which really released my knots along with my first cupping massage, but she also gave me a gentle relaxing massage between them which made for an all round delightful experience and my body feels the most mobile and free all month!

Such a lovely experience! The massage felt absolutely amazing and did me so much good. I don’t get massages very often, and I hadn’t had one at all during my pregnancy, so this was such a wonderful moment of relaxation. It was a real treat, and I’ll definitely be back before giving birth. Thank you so much! 🥰
