I had a pleasant experience with Brenda. I went to see her for a tattoo removal. She is very friendly and so kind. I went in there with fear, not knowing what to expect and thinking tattoo removal will be as bad as people made it sound. Brenda's calm demeanor made the entire experience less scary. I also appreciate how she took her time to explain the process beforehand and also guide me throughout it. The rest of her staff is also friendly and helpful. Thank you, Brenda, for the kind, professional, and friendly service.
