Our therapists:
Christine Smith is holistically trained in various therapies for body and mind and has been practising mainly in Pretoria since 1996.  

Cassandra Taylor (MSc, Life Sciences) has been teaching yoga since 2016  and creator of YogaSteps studio in Pretoria. She is passionate about sharing the therapeutic benefits of yoga to children and adults.

Natasja King is a Reiki Master practitioner and teacher, and Holistic Wellness Coach trained in London, living in Mossel Bay.
