Health in Harmony was established in 2000 by Lesley, a former Registered Nurse. We specialise in improving your well-being with a plan to suit you. That may mean specialised essential oil blends, yoga plans, Reiki, Thai yoga massage, or our special range of services to ease the symptoms of peri/menopause. As well as one to one treatments, there is a regular timetable of workshops and retreats.  You can be assured of high quality care. Sound healing now available. 

Health in Harmony Holistic Services with Lesley

Conveniently situated off Holderness Road, regular bus route and plenty of free parking. Lesley runs a range of group yoga classes. Mondays is a gentle class, Wednesday we have chair based yoga, a full Hatha yoga class and an evening Wellbeing class which combines yoga with other holistic therapies.  One Saturday a month we host a more in-depth look at yoga.  Look out for our regular timetable of workshops too. Lesley also has a private treatment room for Sound healing, massage, Reiki and one to one yoga.
