I have worked in the Health and Fitness industry for over 25yrs as a dance, gymnastics and fitness instructor. As I have grown within this industry, wellness and taking care of our minds and bodies has become a huge priority to me. Going through pain, anxiety and limited movement myself has been the forefront in my therapy journey as I can resonate with my clients. I hope to help as many clients as possible.
