YF Movement & Wellness offers both Sports Massage and in person & online fitness training bespoke to each individual clients needs & condition. We have over a decade of strength, conditioning & mobility training in which we have served local community ranging from general population of all ages to professional athletes in order to help get the most out of their training and recovery. We utilise a range of methods from exercise rehabilitation, deep tissue massage, myofascial cupping, k-taping and a range of in person & online fitness options.
