PERSONAL TRAINING Our personal trainers here at The Transformation Rooms are here to help you reach your fitness goals. We work with the client to set realistic goals for them to achieve the results they are after. We have a range of services and classes suitable for everyone. We are here 24/7 to help you on your journey. We now also offer a monthly membership at the great price of £15 per month, you can access the studio from 8am till 8pm.
