I am passionate about supporting women’s health, with a strong focus on PMS symptoms, hormonal imbalances, natural fertility, cycle regulation, PCOS, endometriosis, stress, and anxiety. I also offer breathwork and meditation classes. Fertility and maternity reflexology are my specialties, along with supporting clients through perimenopause and menopause transitions.
