I am an Independent Weight Loss Consultant located in St Marychurch. I am passionate about supporting others to achieve their weight loss goals after I successfully lost 4 stone in 12 weeks on The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan. I have maintained my weight since and it is now a pleasure to be supporting my clients to a happier and healthier future.
