Reiki - Energy Healing

Reiki - Energy Healing (in person or online)

Described by clients as "like a sports massage but less painful"  or "like a sonic massage". This is the one to have if you have tight or painful muscles/fascia, need to get your lymphatic system moving, or if you just want a lovely relaxing treatment. It can be combined with a bespoke blend of essential oils and/or Reiki. 

Depending on the length of session you book, it can also be combined with Reflexology (feet, hands or face). MST Facial Rejuvenation also available. Choose on the day.

Myofascial Sonic Therapies (Sonic 'Physio')

The term biofield refers to our body’s electrical system in its entirety - both the electric current that runs through our bodies, and the magnetic field that surrounds it.
Biofield Tuning is a sound therapy method that works directly with this system, seeing it as inextricably connected with our conscious and subconscious mind, including our memories.

During a session, a client lies fully clothed on a treatment table (or chair if more comfortable) whilst the practitioner activates a tuning fork and scans the body slowly beginning from a distance. The practitioner is feeling for resistance and turbulence in the client's energy field. Research suggests the body's organizational energy uses the steady coherent vibrational frequency of the tuning fork to "tune" itself. As the biofield dissonance subsides, clients generally report feeling "lighter" and a reduction or resolution of their symptoms.

Biofield Tuning 

AN EFFECTIVE TREATMENT FOR STRESS REDUCTION, RELAXATION, RESTORE BALANCE, PROMOTES EMOTIONAL, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING, VERY GENTLE AND NURTURING. ALSO, AN EXCELLENT TOOL FOR SHAMANIC JOURNEYING, IF YOU ARE ON THAT PATH.

In this treatment I mostly use the voice to tone vowel sounds which vibrate over and through the body. This is called 'toning'. As well as toning, I may also use some instruments (gongs, drums, singing bowls, chimes, percussion instruments). This is wonderfully relaxing and nurturing, particularly for stress and restoring balance.

CLASSIC REFLEXOLOGY – in person – 45 mins, 60 mins, 75 mins

- Treating the whole body by massaging the meridian reflex points on the feet / hands / face
- Deeply relaxing and restorative

Reflexology is a technique that applies gentle pressure to your feet, hands, face or ears. It aims to bring about a state of relaxation and help the body's own healing process. 
Reflexology works in a similar way to acupressure and acupuncture with meridian points on the feet, hands, face and ears which correspond to the organs and glands in the body. By pressing and massaging these points it can stimulate energy pathways in the body.
If any energy pathways are blocked reflexology aims to unblock them. Allowing the energy to flow freely again which aims to restore balance to the body.


Make sure you are well hydrated. Take it easy and make time to relax after your treatment.

A unique protocol to help with sciatica (a symptom, not a condition), and also a wide range of other issues where cranial nerves are a root cause such as: 
eye disorders, tinitus (nerve related, not mechanical), vertigo, balance issues, loss of smell, loss of taste, facial paralysis such as Bell’s Palsy, neck and shoulder muscular tension, and not least the Vagus Nerve which controls our breathing, heart rate and digestive processes and much more.

Reflexology - Massage

As part of my on-going upgrade training to Clinical level Aromatherapy, I am delighted to be able to offer you Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage - 90 mins of sheer bliss! Not only is this full-body massage extremely relaxing, it also helps get your lymphatic system into shape which, in turn, supports your immune system.

I will select appropriate essential oils for you to address your emotional, mental and physical needs and these will be used to create a bespoke massage oil blend. I start working on your back to open the lymph channels and get things moving. Then it's the legs to move lymph up the body. Next, we return to your back, shoulders and neck for a second flush and to work on your kidneys. At this point you turn over and I gently massage your abdomen to support your digestive system. After, I massage your shoulders, arms, neck, head and finish with your face. I include a wonderful 'sonic facial' using tuning forks.

Sound therapy/Reflexology may also be used, as needed.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD)

Online or in person. The initial consultation £75 includes: detailed health history, underlying emotional/mental factors, lifestyle assessment, your health concerns and goals, selection of appropriate oils and delivery methods.  Follow up  short consultations are £55 for up to 45 mins.

Prices include up to £10 towards products.
Oils/products from £8 to around £25 depending on the product, quantity and the oils used.

If you like, Essential Oils can be used during other treatments. A selection of oils will be included in the price. Some oils will incur a charge, but this will be discussed in advance of the treatment.
