Lucy was great - very helpful, friendly and informative. She gave detailed instruction on how each exercise should feel, demonstrated and helped us to do the exercises correctly. She also took into account individual health issues. My husband and I both learned a lot in one session, and felt we were in safe hands. Now we can practise what we've learned and decide how we continue with Pilates. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Lucy!
