Initial Consultation (Zoom or Phone)

Book this service for individual therapy, mindfulness teaching or coaching of any kind IN-PERSON with Tony (except for the Mindful Eating 6-Step Programme). A session will typically take 1 hour but can be a little less or more as appropriate. New clients can book a free online Initial Consultation first if they wish.

Therapy, Mindfulness or Coaching (In-Person)

Book this service for individual therapy, mindfulness teaching or coaching of any kind ONLINE with Tony (except for the Mindful Eating 6-Step Programme). A session will typically take 1 hour but can be a little less or more as appropriate. New clients can book a free online Initial Consultation first if they wish.

Book this service if you have already joined and paid for the Mindful Eating 6-Step Programme, and whether you are attending ONLINE or IN-PERSON. You will need to book 6 sessions in total, about 1 to 2 weeks apart. A session will typically take 1 hour but can be a little less or more as appropriate. New clients can book a free online Initial Consultation first if they wish.

The Mindful Eating 6-Step Programme has been developed to transform your relationship with food and with your body, and to increase your self-confidence and happiness.

The approach combines awareness skills developed through mindfulness, confidence building through hypnotherapy and action-focused goal-setting through coaching.

The programme is a rapid intervention, typically being conducted over a period of between 6 and 12 weeks.

Mindful Eating 6-Step Programme (for pre-paid clients only)

Select this service if you are a qualified mindfulness teacher or hypnotherapist or a teacher/therapist-in-training and you wish to have supervision with Tony. Tony is a member of the national Mindfulness Now teacher training team, the UK College of Clinical Hypnosis London, and is an experienced supervisor and coach. You can book a session of 30 minutes or 60 minutes, depending on what you need.

Supervision for Mindfulness Teachers and Hypnotherapists (Zoom)

Book a short call with Tony to talk about your needs or goals for mindfulness or coaching at your organisation, school or community group. Tony will tailor a service and provide a quote to meet your needs. You can see some of what we can offer in the Wellbeing at Work section of our website.
