To secure your appointment, a non-refundable R100 deposit is required—no booking will be confirmed without it. If you need a soak-off, please mention it when scheduling, and be sure to book for your toes if you'd like them done. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in cancellation. I do not refill sets done by other nail technicians. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund, and rescheduling is allowed only once.
