Welcome to Massage 650 the home of Soft Tissue Therapy, a professional service that not only promotes injury recovery and prevention, but also aims to unlock the triggers of chronic pain, relieve muscle tension and help clients on their journey to be pain free. I offer a range of services including, sports massage, deep tissue massage, cupping, dry needling, acupuncture, assisted stretching and movement assessment.
