Welcome to Lil' Rascals - Burlington's hair salon and party venue. At our salon, kids and parents get more than just a great haircut. We focus on providing a fun experience for kids and parents. Our salon is an entertainment facility and we always strive to make everyone feel welcome. If you or someone you know is financially struggling and cannot afford payment, we may volunteer to do the haircut at no cost, this service will need to be pre arranged, please contact us to arrange, we may need to validate for low income.
