I’m Janine Holt and I’m a fully qualified, insured and licensed semi permanent make up artist specialising in natural hairstroke, combination and ombré brows, lip blush and tint and lash enhancement eyeliner. I trained with leading educators, KB Pro and use their excellent pigments in my work. Based at Shallows, Manchester City Centre from March 2023!
