I specialize in women’s health (menstruation, fertility, pregnancy, menopause), digestion, nervous system regulation, immune support, sleep optimization and psychosomatic healing. Our sessions utilize Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine as well as somatic guidance to tune into body and uncover what gets to be freed within.

This session includes a detailed intake and acupuncture, customized to your specific needs. We address your chief health concern, go over your health history and lifestyle, and develop a treatment plan. Each session includes Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) diagnostic methods such as observing the tongue and pulse. 

Session may include cupping and / or gua sha. 

Cupping uses suction to release muscle tension, improve circulation, support detoxification, and encourages deep relaxation. 

Gua sha is a gentle scraping technique that uses a smooth jade tool to release muscle tension and improve healthy circulation. It helps reduce pain /  inflammation, and relaxes tight areas. 

Acupuncture (initial) (90 mins)

A comprehensive 60min follow-up session including check-in, reassessment, and full treatment. Choose this option if you have completed your initial session and are not currently on a weekly or bi-monthly treatment plan.

This session continues your personalized care and may include supportive therapies such as cupping or gua sha. These techniques help release muscle tension, improve circulation, relieve pain, and promote deep relaxation.

Acupuncture (follow-up) (60 mins)

A focused 45min follow-up treatment for clients in an active weekly or bi-monthly care plan. This session is designed for maintenance and continued support when a full reassessment is not required.

Treatment may include acupuncture and, when appropriate, supportive therapies such as cupping or gua sha to help ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and support relaxation.

This service is like a recharge station for your wellbeing: plug in, and bliss out. It can easily be incorporated into your weekly routine. Perfect for a little recharge between meetings or when you feel the need for a reset. 

This ear acupuncture protocol is a quick and easy way to regulate the nervous system. It helps with:
- Stress / anxiety / depression / trauma 
- Improved sleep 
- Pain management 

This is the NADA (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association) protocol: standardized ear acupuncture that was originally developed for use in the recovery of addictions (such as smoking, alcohol, food, habits). It is a powerful aid in managing withdrawal symptoms / cravings and is used alongside other forms of therapy. If used for the purposes of withdrawal and recovery, treatments during the early stages are recommended 1-2 times a week.
