Start with a 45 min foot and calf massage followed by 45 min upper body massage. This is perfect for those who do a lot of heavy lifting and walking throughout the day.

90 min Package - Balance Upper Body & Lower Legs

60 min massage followed by 15 min head massage. At FORMOSA, this is our most basic full body massage, but does not include a foot massage.

75 min Package - FORMOSA Full Body massage, excluding feet

45 min neck, shoulder and back massage, followed by a 15 min head massage. This is ideal for relieving upper body discomfort, especially if you suffer from neck and shoulder pain, headaches or migraines.

60 min Package - Refresh Upper Body
