I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to go too, Kayleigh is the best. Leo always comes out perfect after his groom especially as he’s a toy poodle she knows exactly how much to cut off so he still looks like our teddy ♥️

OUR POLICY 
having some knots and tangles here and there is okay but matting into the skin we will not
brush out as this causes your dog far to much pain not to say stress and can even cause out of character behavioural issues and we will not have your dog associate grooming with pain stress nor would i like someone to inflict that pain if it was my dog my priority in salons will always be your dogs welfare over looks , we all want your dog to look cute but to ensure this you need to follow correct procedures like brushing and regular maintenance grooming every 6-8 weeks if you struggle brushing your dog then book tidy up groom for inbetween , when dogs are shaven to skin nicks can happen as so close to the skin we won’t be liable as it will be a welfare groom if shaven to the skin we always take before pictures and have cctv your dog health is our number one priority and matting can cause serious health issues

teeth cleaning 

This facial is great for all dogs to give them a lovely nourishing clean & face massage! However it is amazing for dogs with tear staining to help lift & prevent further staining ! 
Tear staining is an extra add on for when they are having bath 

Blueberry facial /tear stain treatment 

Includes Bath & blow-dry, nails clipped, ears cleaned, full body deshedding treatment to remove dead coat & spritz of paw-fume!

DESHEDDING FULL GROOMS will take from 45 minutes to 2 hours

An intro into the world of grooming for your puppy. Includes a bath using nourishing hypoallergenic puppy safe shampoo, gentle blow-dry, ear clean, nail clip, paw pad hair trim (if necessary), feet trim, hygiene trim & eye trim (if necessary). Followed up by a spritz of paw-fume! (note - this service does not include a haircut on dog's body) PUPPY MUST HAVE HAD 2ND JAG TO BE ABLE TO COME INTO SALON. Puppy grooms are up to 16 weeks Appointments for this service average 1-1.5hr. Price will depend on size and coat condition of puppy , prices are from £25

Puppy groom will take up to 1 hour 

Perfect for in-between grooms Mini Groom known as tidy up includes; Bath, blow-dry, ear clean, nail clip, hygiene trim, paw trim & face trim & spritz of paw-fume. we do not touch the coat or legs if your looking for any sort of light trimming on these areas then please book for a full groom

MINI GROOM/TIDY UP will take 1-130 hour 

Nail cut 

please note nail cut is the most occurred accident in a grooming salon , dogs can jump or get stressed scared as live animal also nails can be welfare cases where nails will bleed as to long , nails need regular trimming or can cause health issues , please be aware that if we accidentally cut a nail we will inform you of this is out within our control we will stop bleeding same way the vets will , we will not force your dog if becomes distressed,   your dogs priority is number one , we also have cctv in salon so please be assured of this when your dog is in the salon

Blow Dry will take 30-60 minutes 

Full Groom includes 
Bath, Blow-dry, brush out,  nails clipped, ears cleaned, full body haircut styling to your preference wether it’s slight trim or full shave off same price and time taken also paw pad hair trimmed, hygiene trim & spritz of perfume. 

*Note we do NOT brush out matting. Any matting will be clipped out with owners permission or left at owner's request to brush out at home.  PLEASE SELECT MATTING CHARGE ALSO IF YOU KNOW DOG IS MATTED

IMPORTANT - 24hr cancellation policy ( if under 24hrs or no show full payment will be taken). 15min late policy- we cannot take your dog in past the 15min mark & full payment will be taken
