Based in the heart of Hobart, our space is carefully curated to support nervous system regulation and physical recovery in a calming, modern environment. We combine the power of cutting-edge treatments with the warmth of community — offering a space that’s welcoming, inclusive, and purpose-built for restoration. Our services include Ice Plunge Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy, Collagen Light Therapy (Collarium), and Compression Recovery.
