Overall very nice. Place looks clean and well looked after. For the ice bath my only comment would be that it would be good to train staff to supervise 1st time ice bath customers. I know it's up to the customer to ensure their health condition is suitable for this, but you can never know what happens the first time and having someone at least outside (through the curtains) on standby for the 1st couple of minutes would be advisable. 

The place is just gorgeous, nice ambience and spotless. Becoming addicted after 2 sessions!

It is clean, well maintained and friendly staff, however, i have noticed little things have changed overtime like free water and face towel are no longer provided.

Recover faster with our NormaTec Compression Boots 3.0. Relax as compressed air deeply massages your legs to enhance blood flow. This helps to flush out depleted blood cells and move lactic acid, speed up recovery times, and encourage lymphatic drainage – great for anyone training regularly, recovering from injury, or working on your feet all day. 

We recommend finishing off your compression session with a soak in our magnesium contrast water therapy bath.

NormaTec Compression Therapy

Our private contrast therapy room is complete with a custom made Finnish traditional sauna and 1 ice bath and can accommodate a maximum of 2 people.

Each session includes up to 1 hour of recovery, and can be booked individually or if you're feeling social you can book this room for a private group of up to 2 people at one time
