- COUPLES MASSAGE

Therapeutic Massage Therapy is a style of massage which focuses on getting results vs. just relaxing. Full body massage, therapist may work on specific areas of the body. Tools and or stretching techniques may also be used. The purpose of the massage is to achieve a therapeutic benefit in the body. Light to firm pressure.

- Therapeutic Massage 

Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Therapeutic massage but with a deep tissue massage, your therapist applies slow, firm pressure to release muscle tension. Tools, Ointments and Stretching may also be used in the massage. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).

- DEEP TISSUE

This is a gentle, often deeply intuitive technique. A form of bodywork consisting of exceedingly light finger and hand pressure upon the cranial bones and the sacrum, and the involuntary movements of these bones. Can be fully clothed in comfortable attire. The application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet, hands, or ears. Reflexologists believe that these reflex points correspond to different body organs and systems, and that pressing them creates real benefits for the person's health.
