Hey beautiful people! It’s the one and only Coach C aka Ciara Flint, fitness instructor, mentor, teacher and nutrition coach based right here in my hometown of Jackson, Michigan. Hard work, my faith and athleticism has always been a strong aspect of me, and that’s why me and fitness go hand in hand. Between being a full time mom, soccer coach, youth mentor, Herbalife Distributor, Entrepreneur, and fitness coach, I’m always on the move. BUT with God in my corner, injuries couldn’t hold me back.
