Whether you're seeking relief from pain and physical discomfort, emotional or hormonal balance, or simply a chance to quieten the mind, Holistic therapy can support you. I hold certification in, Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) Holistic, Sports and remideal massage, Aromatherapy and herbalism and Reflexology. My practice is informed by a dedication to holistic wellness and a holistic philosophy in both my personal and professional life.
