In response to the cold temperature blood rich in oxygen and nutrients are re-routed throughout your body, decreasing pain & inflammation and improving your skin complexion.

Before you enter the cryotherapy chamber you will be provided with protective clothing to wear during your treatment including, an ear protection headband, face mask, shorts, top (women only), knee length socks, slippers and gloves.
