Deposit is REQUIRED to secure a slot; no deposit = no booking. If no deposit is received within 2hrs of booking, your booking is cancelled. Additionally, please be on time; your deposit is forfeited and your appointment is cancelled when you are 15 minutes late. Please note that you will be required to pay an additional N$150 to reschedule a confirmed appointment. Xxx
