Have been getting treatment from Alicia who gives great advice on muscle strength with easy and straight forward exercises to help strengthen shoulder and core muscles to relieve pains in the rotator cup and Sciatica nerve’s. Many thanks Alicia.

Excellent service. Tiago especially had helped me through several injuries and works diligently to get me back to 100%.

Callum is always fantastic whenever I go in for my follow up treatment! This time round he spent time making sure I understood how to properly wrap my ankle and went above and beyond with my ankle treatment.
