This treatment focuses primarily on the legs and begins with ILIB as an adjunctive therapy to support microcirculation and overall tissue recovery.

Our protocol incorporates Lipoedema-specific Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), using gentle, slow and methodical movements adapted to tissue sensitivity, tenderness and capillary fragility. The treatment focuses on congested areas of the lower limbs and hips, supporting fluid movement, reducing sensations of heaviness and improving tissue comfort without excessive pressure or overload.

Depending on the individual presentation, the session may also include guidance on compression garments, skin care, movement and practical self-management techniques.

Each treatment is carefully adapted to the client’s needs, providing safe, considered and evidence-informed support for people living with Lipoedema.

A back and neck massage provides relief from muscle tension and stress. By using techniques such as kneading, circular motions, and gentle pressure, this type of massage can alleviate pain, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. Ideal for reducing stiffness and improving mobility, a back and neck massage is beneficial for anyone experiencing discomfort in these areas.

Extra 15min - Foot Massage

The primary benefit is moving excess fluid out of the facial area, giving you "de-puffing effect". It’s usually instantaneous!

This type of massage also helps remove toxins from the skin, combatting dullness and leaving you with a more glowing, healthier-looking complexion.

Extra 30min - extending the session 

This extended treatment focuses primarily on the legs and hips, allowing additional time for detailed work across areas affected by swelling, heaviness, tenderness and reduced tissue mobility. ILIB may be included as an adjunctive therapy to support microcirculation and overall tissue recovery.

The protocol incorporates Lipoedema-specific Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), using gentle, slow and methodical movements adapted to tissue sensitivity and capillary fragility. Where appropriate, the additional time may also be used to address the upper arms.

Depending on the individual presentation, the session may include guidance on compression garments, skin care, movement and practical self-management techniques.

Each treatment is carefully adapted to the client’s needs, providing safe, considered and evidence-informed support for people living with Lipoedema.
