The service itself was great. Emily and Lacey do wonderful work. However the extra $9.25 GST/ Service charge wasn't expected and not made clear when booking. I wasn't expecting it and the confirmation email didn't show it either after paying a deposit.

Hi Donna, we’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed your services with Emily and Lacey. However, we need to clarify that the GST charge was not unexpected or undisclosed. Our GST update was publicly announced more than two months ago and emailed directly to our client database. It is also clearly stated throughout our online booking system that listed service prices are plus GST, allowing clients to review this information before confirming an appointment. The $9.25 was GST applicable to your services—not an additional or hidden “service charge.” We take transparency seriously, which is precisely why this information has been communicated across multiple platforms and displayed during the booking process.
