The strength training will help you build muscle, tighten and strengthen the skin. 

Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) is a full body workout. Your whole body can be trained at once. Each session is 20 minutes, but equals 90 minutes of conventional training.

Our brains naturally sends electrical pulses via the nervous system to the muscles, stimulating your muscles to contract. The EMS device works as a mimic for the nervous system producing a deeper contraction than a voluntary movement would.
