The Spinal Flow Technique Consultation is the first appointment to be booked when starting Spinal Flow.

The Spinal Flow® Technique is a gentle, non-invasive and natural healing modality. Spinal Flow communicates via the “Spinal Wave (life force)” directly with the brain, spinal cord and entire nervous system. The Spinal Wave is a natural healing intelligence that exists within, and flows through the nervous system delivering life force to, and communicating with, every cell of our body through the seven gateways of the spine. Our nervous system connects to every organ and tissue in the body. 

Optimal wellbeing happens when the Spinal Wave runs the entire length of the spine - from the base gateway at the coccyx to the awaken gateway in the cranium. When there are blockages along our spine, in our nervous system, the life force is disrupted causing dis-ease in the body. Spinal blockages, stem from three types of stress: physical, chemical and emotional stress.

Spinal Flow Technique® is an incredibly powerful, yet gentle healing technique, that works directly with the central nervous system of the spine, from the brain right down to the tail bone.

The central nervous system of the spine supplies the nerves for every muscle, tissue, cell and organ within the entire body. Stress, trauma, unreleased emotions can create blockages in various parts of the spine that we call gateways. 

These physical, chemical or emotional blockages build up over years creating pain, tension and loss of energy flow. The nerves ability to supply our various muscles, organs etc decline, or are put under stress over-contracting and causing physical pain or decreased function in various body systems.

The goal with Spinal Flow is to take the body out of “fight, flight or freeze and into rest, digest and heal” Spinal Flow expands on the areas of ease and allows your body to find and release the blockages that are impeding the vital flow of your life force.

Melt into extreme bliss with the magic of essential oils and gentle touch along the spine to address stress, the immune system and inflammation. We then move into Spinal Flow to help your body heal by removing physical, emotional and chemical stressors, taking you from survival mode to thrival mode.

AromaFlow 

The AromaTouch Technique is a clinical approach to applying essential oils along energy meridians and visceral contact points of the back and feet to help balance sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems of the body. 

The  AromaTouch Technique improves well-being by reducing physical and emotional stressors and by supporting healthy autonomic function.

The Aroma Touch Technique includes four primary steps with 8 different essential oils designed to minimize systemic stressors to autonomic balance. 

Each step includes the application of two essential oils or essential oil blends specifically formulated to support healthy emotional and physiological functions for the well-being of a particular body system. 

AromaTouch Technique requires 40 minutes per application.
