Ideal for friends or couples seeking a shared wellness journey, this session invites you to unwind in the soothing warmth of infrared therapy together.

Flexible Session: Opt for individual 30-minute sessions or share the sauna for a cozy experience.

Please note that our infrared sauna is a 2-Person Clearlight Sanctuary model. If you prefer more space, feel free to enjoy the sauna one person at a time.

Hand AromaTouch + Foot Soak

Relax with a warm foot soak in calming essential oils and epsom salts. Brooke gently applies a single essential oil to your hands, offering soothing stretches from palms to fingertips. Enjoy 20 minutes of zen for tired hands and feet, followed by a 30-minute infrared sauna session. 

Complimentary peppermint tea, bliss ball, filtered water, and towels included.
