We offer tailored 1:15 hour sessions, which includes 20-45minutes in the sauna, with your choice of music and lighting, a private washroom, hot/cold drinks and additonal wellness activities, all in a comfortable home setting. If you need to fully detoxify, just want to get rid of a few spots and sleep a bit better, or want to try something new - our sauna is the one for you.
