An hour of bliss for face, scalp and neck using Gua Sha tools, facial cupping and quality Aromatherapy or Ayurvedic products, catered to your specific needs. Great for supporting the sinuses, headaches/neck tension, the Glymphatics (lymph system of the brain) and Lymphatic System of the upper extremities as well as calming your Nervous System.
This service can be performed alone or combined with a 2hr Massage Service if you prefer.

 Head Neck and Face Lymphatic Massage

Using tools, warm towels and cooling products while incorporating Reflexology wisdom; we will spoil your feet and calves. this treatment may begin or finish with visceral massage to calm the systems.

60Min Foot and Visceral Love

Sheila will spend time with you helping you connect with your breath and calming your mind/anxiety/stress through sharing and demonstrating different techniques and resources for you to use in your daily routine. This session will ask for you to be an active participant in your healing and typically only one session is needed for you to feel confident practicing on your own. Sheila recommends you add this service after a Bodywork/Massage session.
