I recently had a lip neutralisation procedure with Halyna and had a really positive experience. She took the time to explain everything clearly before starting, which immediately made me feel comfortable and informed. Throughout the procedure, she was kind, patient, and regularly checked in to make sure I was okay. I was quite particular about not wanting anything too bright, and she really listened to my preferences. She carefully selected the pigment and explained her choices, which I appreciated as it made me feel involved in the process. Aftercare steps were explained well as well.

Halyna has just done the top up on my brows . She is an absolute perfectionist and took so much time to get my brows which were not originally symmetrical as even as she possibly could and has achieved a really lovely shape that flatters my face and made such a difference . She is also lovely and caring and I am delighted with them . Alison

It is a pure pleasure to go to a salon, the atmosphere is amazing, the artist is an absolute professional, who is very attentive to details and the overall result is outstanding 🥰 Will definitely go for more procedures to be done and recommend others xxx
