I had a home massage yesterday, neck, shoulder & back, performed by Fiona, massage therapist. Fiona adopts a holistic, person led, calming approach & she accurately pinpointed particularly knotted, problem areas that I suffer from. I also suffer from intense anxiety which often affects my ability to relax, however, Fiona’s sensitivity towards me, enabled me to totally feel at peace with myself & in so doing I was able to enjoy the experience not only for the physical benefits but also, just as important, for the mental benefits too. Home massage then straight to sleep in my home - perfect!
