For the ultimate statement set — Tier 3 Nail Art offers high-detail, creative designs for those who love bold, standout nails. This tier includes premium nail art such as isolated chrome details, aura designs, 3D artwork, one full rhinestone nail, up to 4 nail charms per hand, scripted writing or numbers, plaid designs, and intricate hand-painted art.
