What is Sound Therapy ? 
Sound therapy focuses on the use of sound to restore healthy vibrations to the body, helps to promote better heath. Everything in our universe is energy, vibrating in different frequencies.
A sound wave has the power to change and /or balance the energy with our body as it passes through it.

By using different instruments I can  
tailor the treatment to ensure you receive the vibrations that you need, using singing bowls, drums, ocean drum, tuning forks and Tibetan bells offering a range of frequencies. 

Sound therapy is received laying down, fully clothed. 
It is not suitable for epilepsy sufferers or anyone with a pacemaker, or in the first trimester of pregnancy.

This treatment brings together some deeply relaxing techniques, 
Sound therapy - Solfeggio music selected for you 
Mind - scalp massage 
Sole - foot massage 
Followed by a 30 minute sound bath using a wind gong,  quartz crystal singing bowls, Koshi, tuning forks, drum, ocean drum & Tibetan bells all depending on your needs. 

Sound, Mind & Sole Massage 

This treatment targets muscular tension by using the weighted tuning forks along with regular massage, by hitting a tuning fork, its tines vibrate back and forth several hundred times per second. Often, the vibrations are so fast that they're not visible to the human eye.  This can be felt in the muscle & aids the healing of strains and muscular tension. 
30 minute back massage followed by 30 minutes of sound therapy using singing bowls, drums, ocean drum, tuning forks and Tibetan bells.

Group Event 

A creative workshop using sound therapy instruments to engage children from age 4/5 +. Aimed for groups of 10 or more ideal for schools, nursery’s, clubs or childminders. 
This interactive workshop allows children to explore Sound, teaches them how energy & sound can affect our body with vibrations, demonstrated visually with water, and felt through playing the instruments. The workshop comes to end with the children experiencing a mini sound bath. 
I ask the children at the end of the session to explain how they feel compared to the start, so they can identify how it helps them. This technique allows children to grow up understanding that they have a solution to self sooth, handle stress, anxiety & how to relax. 

Price is £5 per child with a minimum of 10 per booking - starting from £50 per hour.
