Jay was absolutely amazing! She was so lovely, friendly and incredibly easy to talk to. She did such a brilliant job toning the orange out of my hair and gave me the most beautiful bronde colour. 🤎✨ I finally feel like I can love my hair again and feel confident wearing it. I couldn’t be happier with the result — thank you so much, Jay! 🥰

What an amazing experience! From the start, Jay made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She was kind, attentive and so easy to talk to. I usually dread getting my hair done as it feels like it takes forever, but the time just flew by with Jay. I genuinely felt like I’d only been there for an hour when four hours had actually passed! I absolutely love my hair and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I’ve definitely found my new go-to hairdresser and will be coming back!

Had such a great experience with Jay - from consultation through to the end result. She helped me work out what it is was I was asking for, and then delivered the perfect bronde balayage! I absolutely love my hair, can’t wait to book in again when it needs refreshing. Also Jay is the loveliest person, making the appointment so relaxed and enjoyable 💖

I am so happy! Not only is this the most wonderful balayage I’ve ever had, but Jay is a wonderful human being, making the experience 10/10!
