Eden thank you so much. I'm so happy with how my brows look, the shape is perfect. Whilst the procedure was a little uncomfortable in areas, it was very manageable. You took your time to explain what to expect during the session, the healing process post procedure, mapping my brow shape and perfecting the pigmentation. You are a true star and very talented. See you in about 8 weeks for my touch up session. I will of course keep you updated on the healing process and use the aftercare given as advised.

I recently had my lips done with Esen and had such a lovely experience from start to finish. Esen explained the entire process in detail and answered all of my questions before and after the appointment, which made me feel completely at ease. During the treatment, she talked me through every step and recommended starting with a lighter shade since it was my first appointment. She was so bubbly, friendly, and easy to chat to, which made the experience even better. I’m so happy with the results and would highly recommend her.
