Thank you for your feedback, Denise. We’re delighted you enjoyed the setting and treatment, but would like to clarify a couple of points. I have spoken with your therapist regarding the head massage. The treatment is a combination face, back and head treatment rather than separate full treatments. The head element was carried out while the face mask was on, including pressure-point work and a gentle head massage. Your package was booked from 1pm–3:30pm, You were not asked to leave early and left at approximately 3:27pm. The request to lower the noise was only made after audio was being played aloud from a phone, along with raised voices and laughter, while a treatment was taking place in the adjoining room. We politely asked that the volume be reduced out of consideration for the other guest. We would never ask guests to refrain from normal conversation and laughter, We ask all guests to be mindful of noise during treatments and are sorry if this was interpreted as being rushed.
