I absolutely loved my experience at Zen! The space is beautifully designed, immaculate and feels like a luxury retreat. I went specifically for their LED red light therapy bed, and it’s hands down the best I’ve tried! The quality really stands out, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Absolutely worth the drive! I’m so glad I discovered Zen and will definitely be back to try their sauna and cold plunge. If you appreciate quality wellness experiences with a touch of luxury, I highly recommend Zen!

Such a lovely experience at Zen! I did the traditional sauna and ice bath, and the contrast left me feeling completely refreshed and clear-headed. My partner and I also tried the red light therapy bed together, which was so relaxing and a really nice way to finish. The space is calm, clean and welcoming. We'll definitely be back!
