Hot stones massage 

Indian Head Massage is an ancient Ayurvedic treatment that targets the head, neck, face and shoulders to help relieve tension, headaches and stress. It not only eases physical discomfort but also works on a chakra-balancing level, supporting the release of emotional and energetic blockages.

The treatment begins with you seated to focus on the shoulders, before moving to the massage bed for work on the head, face and arms.
