I’m Sophia, a qualified Sports Massage Therapist based in my cozy home treatment room in Stamford. I offer tailored massages to help you feel your best, whether you’re dealing with aches and pains, recovering from an injury, or just in need of some relaxation. I understand that life can be busy, so I offer varied appointment times to fit around most schedules, including late evenings. I offer pregnancy massage, hot stones and cupping in addition to my sports massage treatments. My aim is to make you feel comfortable and to leave feeling better.
