For those who don’t want any products on the skin. Perfect for those who find they get easily irritated, or are satisfied with their skin health and don’t need any added products on their skin but still  want a good deep nourishing massage to take you into a meditation.

Perfect for those short of time, wanting an express facial using basic facial massage techniques to revive the skin. Boost the results with an add on option. 

If you would like the shoulder and neck included please choose the Zen Flow or Sculp & Lift facials. 

Skin Saviour

For expectant mothers wanting a relaxing yet firm flow massage of the shoulders and face. 

Less focus on lymphatic drainage and acupressure stimulation and more focus on relaxation and easing tension. 

Can be in a seated position on a lowered bed as you progress further through your pregnancy.

Pregnancy Flow

Zen Flow is a signature spa style facial that targets all the muscles from the décolletage, shoulders and upwards. 

Using specific techniques to invigorate and revive the skin and muscles.

Activating the lymph, oxygen and blood flow, encouraging cell renewal and waste drainage. 

(please wear a vest top with straps that allows access to shoulders).

Zen Flow

 This is the Zen Flow with added Intraoral massage: a rejuvenating face massage with added Buccal Intraoral techniques focused on releasing the jaw muscles from inside the mouth. 

Perfect intro to buccal massage for those that clench their jaw, suffer from mild TMJ and experience tension headaches.

A sterile intraoral massage, inside the mouth, is brilliant for releasing tension and promoting circulation in the jaw muscles, allowing better access to the cheeks and reducing nasolabial folds and drooping mouth area.



Buccal 

The Zen Flow but more…

A methodical and rhythmical face massage that focuses on individually releasing tension from each muscle, from the chest neck up to scalp and finishing with the face. 

By thoroughly involving the scalp muscles this restores volume, whilst lifting, the muscles of the face. 

A range of tools such as gua sha and cupping may be used to enhance results.

This does involve the scalp and oil may get into your hair. 





Sculpt & Lift

If you suffer from TMJ, clenching of the jaw, tension headaches, stiff neck

The facial will begin with deep tissue massage on the back, move up to the back of the neck and head before turning over to release facial muscles from the chest and neck upwards.

Choose with added Buccal massage, an intraoral massage performed inside of the mouth for the full jaw release.

Jaw Release 

Facial Rituals

Perfect for correcting posture, neck stretching, and face sculpting. Basic breathwork will be incorporated along with meditative practices that will release tension in the face and also for you to use to create your own facial ritual that you can use again.
