Temple Style Lomi Lomi is a modern twist on the ancient healing practice that originated in Hawaii. Traditional Lomi Lomi was practiced by the islands healers & is designed to nurture all aspects of ones mental, emotional, spiritual & physical bodies.

Your session begins with an intention setting practice, followed by slow breathwork patterns to regulate your nervous system, calm the mind & melt into full body relaxation. 
You are then covered from head to toe in decadent warm oil as the flowing strokes of Lomi Lomi glide across the body with medium pressure, this style of massage includes breasts, belly, feet, toes, hands, hips and head. 

Lomi Lomi is completed with energetic sweeping to cleanse the energy field, lifting away layers of stress, tension & stagnation. Followed by a prayer of gratitude to acknowledge the ancestors and wisdom keepers of these traditional healing arts.
