I have 15 years background in Psychology and I'm a Qualified Level 5 Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist. I created The Self-Care Club to offer a safe space for massage, therapeutic physical therapy and emotional well-being support to those bodies that need a total reset. I work with age 14+. My massage and bodywork sessions aim to help reset the body and re-wire the brain in fighting pain, dysfunction, injury, illness, emotional stress & trauma. My bodywork sessions are always tailored to your needs and can greatly improve other areas of your life.
