What is Dermapen microneedling?
Microneedling, also known as skin needling or Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT), has been used for decades by dermatologists for the medical treatment of scars, from burns, injuries and surgery through to minor acne scarring.

In recent years, microneedling has become more accessible for treating wrinkles, pigmentation and other skin issues, with minimal downtime post-treatment.

The microneedling process uses tiny and very fine needles to lightly puncture the skin’s superficial top layer by a fraction of millimetres, prompting the stimulation of collagen and elastin, which heals and plumps the skin.

How many Dermapen treatments do I need?
The amount of microneedling treatments you need generally depends on which skin area you want to treat, and what you want to achieve. Basic skin conditions such as pigmentation and fine lines may only need three or four treatments to see results.


Micro-Needling

Nano-needling works by enhancing the skin’s ability to absorb serums that are beneficial for the skin. Aside from this, the procedure also triggers the skin’s natural regenerative processes—it boosts collagen and elastin production, which allows the skin to heal and address different target issues.

NanoInfusion (NanoNeedling)

Enzyme peels are suitable for all skin types gently removing outer layers of dead skin, revealing a beautiful, soft & radiant skin. Excellent for younger skins. These peels require no recovery period as they do not cause inflammation and skin flaking, therefore they can be performed all year round.

Deluxe Facial with HydroJelly Mask

These acid peels reduce pigment, surface dryness, increase cellular turnover, increase collagen and elastin production for firmer skin. They are also very effective for reducing pore size, loosening comedones, improving acne scarring and for reducing acne and blemished skin. Acid Peels may result in increased sun vulnerability, so these peels are not recommended during summer. Perfect for autumn, winter, and spring treatment.

Using a combination of Glycolic Acid, Lactic Acid and Pyruvic Acid for an intensive deep strength peel, which removes the outer layers of thickened or damaged skin, revealing noticeably smoother, healthier skin.

Suitable for those concerned about premature ageing, fine lines, and wrinkles or those wanting a more even complexion.

Anti-Aging Facial with Fruit Acid & Lactic Peel

Starting with a foot soak, exfoliation scrub & Pedipaddle rasping if needed. We then dry your feet and get you cosy on the bed while your feet are wrapped with a peppermint mask. Cuticle work, trimming and filling are done, followed by a massage and polish of your choice.

Performed while you are cosy on the bed. Trimming and filing nails while also working on cuticles, then finishing with the polish of your choice.
